The company ALEPOC cannot be held responsible:

The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of use of the Site by the User.

The company ALEPOC reserves the right to modify, at any time, all or part of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use without prior notice or information to the Users, in order to adapt them to changes in the Services, technical, legal, or case law developments, or when implementing new services.

Any modifications made by the company ALEPOC to the Terms of Use will be brought to the attention of the Users by simply being put online. They are deemed to be unconditionally accepted by any User who accesses the Site after said posting. Therefore, ALEPOC invites all Users to regularly review the Terms of Use and download them.

Any new service integrating new techniques or new features that improve the quality of existing services will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise.

13.2. Termination at the initiative of the User

ARTICLE 14– APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

French law applies to these General Terms of Use.

In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, only the court of Toulouse has jurisdiction.
